I was rear ended and my car was totaled. My daughter was in the back and is ok. I had moderate whip lash and did therapy for a couple of months and have been released. The other persons insurance says they are ready to offer something for my daughter. I don’t have any clue what is fair.
I was recently in a car accident a 18 wheeler hit me in the back and totalled my car. He was charged as being in the wrong. It was me and my aunt in the front seat and My 72 year old grandmother and my 1 year old daughter in the back. I suffered a sprain knee a dislocated shoulder and my aunt has a broken leg. My grandmother has a dislocated shoulder and tremendous emotional damage. My 1 year old daughter has a broken finger. I have hired an attorney. I’ve been getting so many different advice and opions….Around How much do you think a law suit of this nature could be worth!!
Is this a normal amount for someone who has a 7% permanant injury to my lower back? My lawyer says no. Is this a normal first offer and what can I really expect?
