NUECES COUNTY – A two car accident near Highway 44 has sent a mother and daughter to the hospital. According to officers at the scene, the woman was driving south on Violet Road around 8:45 a.m. when she rear-ended an 18-wheeler. A 6 News crew is on the scene.
