Texas Car Accident quest ?

First off i have never been in anything more than a fender bender . On sat aft i was struck by a Tour bus switching lanes , Trashed the entire pass side of my car had to chase the guy down didnt even know he hit me . Police worked it he got two tickets i was able to limp home . woke sun morn neck pain waited till monday to see if would go away went and saw a random doctor from my hmo no big problems on my neck . The insurance Company is national interstate insuarnce i made a claim spoke with somebody that i could barely understand and got nothing . Now since i was bruised and banged in the car accident shouldnt they rembruish me for my doctor visit ? and cover the cost of my damages to my car ? Should i try toi handle this myself or get a lawyer ?

You will probably need an attorney since they are stonewalling you, any medical cost incurred would be covered by the insurance company and you may have to sue t get them to do it.~
