You could take the other driver to court; however, since he had no insurance, it won&#039;t profit you much unless he has the financial means to compensate you should the court decide in your favor. He had no license and no insurance? Bad luck for him all around. The courts frown on that big time. You could talk with a lawyer about your intentions and see if they are warranted or worth your time.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
